After booking your initial appointment you will receive two forms via email. We encourage you to fill these before your appointment to make the most of your treatment time.

Location: We are in Vitality Village building accessed from 5 Discovery Ct, Birtinya QLD 4575. We are on level two, follow the directions to the 'level 2 office suites'.

Parking: You can park in the visitor parking area underneath the back of the building or, if this is full, nearby at Stockland Birtinya.
