Holger Nicholas Hornum was born and grew up on the Sunshine Coast.

Holger’s journey into osteopathy began with his own back injuries as he was inspired to find lasting pain relief. Initially, he studied remedial massage at Q Academy (Newstead) and graduated in 2010. Continuation along this pathway saw him discover the power of yoga and resistance exercise. Holger pursued rigorous training at Southern Cross University, immersing himself in the art and science of osteopathy. His dedication and five years of full-time study paid off, and he graduate with a Masters of Osteopathy in 2017. After working as an Osteopath in the Northern Rivers for five years, Holger and his family moved back to the Sunshine Coast in 2021. Holger now brings his expertise and experience to his own clinic, Osteophi. When he is not in the clinic, you will find him on the rugby sideline, painting, or spending time out in nature with his wife, and children.

Lawson Becker

Osteopath

Lawson is an osteopathic practitioner with a lifelong passion for sport and fitness. Growing up as a local on the Sunshine Coast he has immersed in himself in football, touch football, and futsal. It is these experiences that have helped him understand the physical demands athletes face. He is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal performance while respecting the incredible capabilities of the human body.

Graduating from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathic Studies) and a Master of Osteopathic Medicine, Lawson combines expertise with a compassionate approach. His treatment methods encompass manual therapy, education, and exercise, tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. With a keen interest in musculoskeletal pain and sports injuries, he believes firmly in the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

Outside of the clinic, Lawson enjoys staying active at the gym and playing football, continually exploring ways to enhance his own fitness journey. He is committed to unlocking the potential within each client and enhancing overall well-being.

Lochlan Whitton

Osteopath

Lochlan is a registered osteopath who graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences and a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine. As an osteopath, Lochlan believes that each individual and their body brings with them a unique set of circumstances that must be understood in order to fully facilitate the healing processes of the body. He understands that it is important to create a safe and comfortable environment in which he can work with patients towards their various health-related goals. Lochlan believes in the focus on patient education around the various mechanics and intricacies of the human body, and that by becoming more aware of these aspects one can foster a more positive mindset which can in turn have positive effects on their lived experience. Lochlan considers himself a generalist with a structuralist approach and a growing interest in more indirect forms of treatment.

Lexy Castro

Remedial Massage Therapist

Lexy is a Remedial Massage Therapist with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping people move, feel, and recover better. Before joining Osteophi, she built her career across physio, chiropractic, and dedicated massage clinics. These experiences gave her a well-rounded understanding of the varying demands of life placed on the body and how to best treat it. She brings clinical expertise and genuine care to every session.
Lexy holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage and a Diploma of Sport (Athlete Support Services) that has equiped her with a skill set spanning remedial, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, and cupping.
One of Lexy’s greatest strengths is her ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds, making every client feel at ease while getting real results. When she’s not in the clinic, she loves spending time with her children and enjoying everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

TJ Seator

TJ Seator

Myotherapist, Remedial Massage Therapist

TJ has 23 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Myotherapist. He has worked in clinic settings alongside chiropractors, osteopaths, and physiotherapists. TJ has run his own clinic space, worked in a sports massage clinic, and participated in health retreats.

TJ’s philosophy in the treatment room is that ‘you can’t cross the same river twice.’ We are all unique; the techniques used during your treatment are tailored to where you are on the day. As a myotherapist, TJ offers dry-needling, exercise or home treatment prescriptions, joint mobilisation, and myofascial release techniques. As a remedial massage therapist, he provides sports, deep tissue, pregnancy, and relaxation massage. 

Currently, TJ is engaged in two fields of study: Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and a Bachelor of Creative Writing and English Literature at Sunshine Coast University.
